About us

Celine & Staff is a community services organisation specialising in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of support across a broad range of social and human services. We are an independent community services organisation, committed to providing genuine and meaningful support to all members of the community — whether they are funded through government programs, private sources, or have no funding whatsoever. We do not turn anyone away based on their financial or funding status, because we believe that every person in our community deserves access to the right support, guidance, and opportunities regardless of their circumstances. In the delivery of all our services, Celine & Staff operates in full accordance with the relevant Australian legislation, regulations, and frameworks applicable to our areas of practice — including but not limited the Mental Health Act, the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act, the Privacy Act 1988, the Work Health and Safety Act, the Anti-Discrimination Act, and all relevant state and territory community services legislation. We are committed to upholding the rights, dignity, safety, and wellbeing of every individual we support, and to ensuring that our practice remains ethical, accountable, and fully compliant with all legal and professional obligations at all times. Beyond providing direct support, one of our most important roles at Celine & Staff is helping individuals and families who have never been part of any formal support system to find their place within it. Many of the people we work with have fallen through the cracks — they are unaware of what they are entitled to, unsure of where to turn, or have been let down so many times that they have stopped seeking help altogether. We walk alongside them, assess their individual circumstances, and work tirelessly to connect them to the right systems, services, and funding pathways so that they are no longer invisible to the support structures that were always meant to include them. We help our clients become active participants in the systems and programs designed to support them — whether that is accessing government-funded services, linking them to clinical treatment and specialist care, connecting them to mental health therapies and counselling, securing appropriate housing and financial assistance, or supporting them to engage with education, employment, and community life. We do not stop until every avenue has been explored and every possible form of support has been identified and accessed on their behalf. Our ultimate goal is not dependency — it is restoration. We believe that with the right support, the right treatment, and the right people in their corner, every individual has the capacity to heal, to rebuild, and to return to a fulfilling and meaningful life. We work toward the day when our clients no longer need us — when they are stable, supported, connected, and empowered to live independently and with confidence. That moment, when a person who once had nothing begins to stand on their own two feet again, is the reason we do this work. It is our greatest measure of success, and it is what drives everything we do at Celine & Staff. We provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to individuals and families navigating domestic violence, mental health challenges, substance use, homelessness, and refugee settlement. At the heart of our approach, we conduct a thorough assessment of each client's individual life circumstances, developing a comprehensive case study to fully understand their unique background, challenges, and goals. We take the time to explore every possible avenue — engaging and enquiring with a wide network of agencies, services, and support systems — to identify the best possible solutions tailored to each client's needs. We remain committed and persistent in this process until a clear and effective pathway is established that genuinely addresses the client's issues and aspirations. Through hands-on case management, community access support, and targeted advocacy, we connect clients to the services they need — including suitable funding, clinical treatment, therapy and counselling, education and training, employment pathways, housing support, and skill-building opportunities — empowering them to enhance their capability, achieve lasting stability, and live with greater independence and confidence. We also operate as a Group Training, partnering with employers, colleges and universities across the disability, healthcare, and community sectors to deliver workforce solutions and create sustainable employment pathways for work placements and traineeships.
